What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Reputation Manager in leading reputation strategies and shaping impactful storytelling to influence communities and public perception.

Your Mission - lead reputation and storytelling to influence communities and public perception

As a senior reputation manager, you will lead both proactive and reactive reputation strategies. You understand how to influence people and communities. You will serve as the epicenter for storytelling initiatives and reputation, working closely with cross‑functional teams to shape how specific communities, media, social platforms and the public at large perceive our clients.

Your Responsibilities

Reputation management  

• You build strategy plans that work across all media platforms with our proprietary community first methodology.

• You understand how influence works. You put together a robust network of editors, content creators and stakeholders to influence constructive narratives.

 Project and stakeholder management

• You define campaign KPIs. You analyze the performance of your campaigns. You map the successes and identify aspects that can be improved.

• You create a consistent flow of constructive content—press releases, blogs, thought‑leadership, social media campaigns.

• You monitor brand mentions, sentiment, reviews and media coverage across online and offline channels.

• You take financial responsibility of your portfolio: from forecast to optimizing your P&L.  

People and team management 

• You understand that building a performing team is the way forward to growth.

• You coach on campaign, leadership and project management skills and take them the next level.

• You stimulate knowledge-sharing and cross-team work across the entire organization.

• You ensure everyone's aligned, you facilitate internal and external communication (clients, creators, media, platform partners…).

What You Bring

• Education & experience: master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field, with 8+ years in reputation management, corporate communications, or PR—preferably agency-side.

• Leadership & ownership: proven ability to coach and motivate teams, taking full ownership of projects and outcomes.

• Creative & content expertise: skilled in conceptual thinking and developing inclusive, socially responsible content, with strong knowledge of social and creator content.

• Stakeholder & communication skills: excellent at engaging stakeholders and delivering clear presentations in Dutch, English, and French, both written and spoken.

• Language: You are fluent in Dutch, English and French and communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams.
