WHAT'S THE JOB?

You will be working for a prominent client that is at the forefront of innovation. You will deliver in-depth knowledge about the Dutch influencer landscape.

STRATEGY AND PLANNING

  • You stay in touch with popular culture, know the (social media) trends, and are skilled at making new contacts. You know who’s hot and who’s not.

  • Develop creative and data-driven influencer strategies tailored to client objectives.

  • Select appropriate creators/influencers based on target audience, content style, and reach.

  • Create clear briefing documents and content guidelines for influencers.

  • Assess budgets, timelines, and KPIs in collaboration with the account team

INFLUENCER CAMPAIGNING

  • You create concepts, brief influencers, and closely follow up with them during a campaign roll-out.

  • You collaborate with influencers and management agencies to scout talent, propose partnerships, and secure deals.

  • You negotiate influencer contracts and ensure that clearly defined contracts, which meet legal requirements, are drawn up.

  • Maintain an up-to-date influencer database, including performance data and

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • You deliver campaigns on time and on budget and ensure accurate and effective execution of projects.

  • Act as the point of contact for clients regarding all influencer-related matters.

  • Regularly coordinate with strategists, creatives, paid specialists, and other stakeholders.

  • You involve and brief relevant experts, junior team members, or interns within and outside of OONA/BAAS (graphic design, copy, social media content, and event management).

PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & REPORTING

  • You follow up on ambitious KPIs for each campaign, and upon completion, you analyze results to formulate learning points and recommendations, both at the campaign level and for the individual influencers who participated.

  • Real-time monitoring of campaigns (engagement, views, sentiment).

  • Optimize live campaigns where necessary, based on performance.

  • Develop clear post-campaign reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations.

  • Present results to clients in a compelling and visually strong manner.

WHO ARE YOU?

  • You have 2 years of working experience as a Campaign Manager or Influencer Marketer.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.

  • You have an in-depth knowledge of popular culture

  • You are up to date with the latest trends and have a thorough knowledge of the Dutch influencer market.

  • You can work independently but love to work in a team as well.

  • You thrive under pressure and know how to keep things in perspective, even in challenging situations.

  • You are creative: ideas come easily to you.

  • You are a talented project manager: every project is handled with care and deadlines in mind.

  • You are living in (or willing to relocate to) Amsterdam.
