What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a Freelance Event Producer with a strong network in popular culture, music, fashion, and sports. You know what’s cool and how to stay cool.  

Your Mission - produce culturally relevant super touch points

You understand that events within the creator economy are often at the heart of a campaign. You know how to create culturally relevant touch points. You’re present where things are happening. You know what’s hot—and what’s not. 

You understand that strong concepts make the difference, and that god is in the details. You recognize that events aren’t only for the 100 influential guests who attend, but also for the 10,000 people who wish they could be there. 

Your Responsibilities

• You turn ideas into action: You create roadmaps, manage deadlines, and ensure everything—literally everything—is perfect: from content to logistics, creativity to emotional resonance. 

• You manage budgets and resources with precision: You negotiate with vendors, track costs, and know where to invest to create maximum impact.

• You bring structure and clarity, even under pressure: Last-minute changes? Technical hiccups? Unexpected client requests? You stay cool, find solutions, and keep everyone aligned. 

• You evaluate and optimize: After every event, you compile insights into clear debriefs and recommendations. What worked? What didn’t? You challenge yourself to improve with each project. 

What You Bring

• Experience: You have a minimum of two/ three years of experience in event management.
  You thrive under pressure and can adapt to a fast-changing environment.

• Cultural awareness: You are street-smart and deeply in touch with what’s happening in music, design, fashion, sports, and broader pop culture. You understand what kind of content works on social media. 

• Networking skills: You easily build a network of producers, venues, and influencers across the Benelux. You easily relate with all kinds of people

• Organizational talent: You are a process thinker. You can build and optimize workflows. You are strong in planning and execution.

• Language: You are fluent in Dutch and English and communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams.
