What We're Looking For

We’re looking for an Event Producer with a strong network in popular culture, music, fashion, and sports. You know what moves people and how to turn a concept into a real-world moment that resonates.

Your Mission - produce culturally relevant super touch points

You understand that events within the creator economy are often at the heart of a campaign. You know how to create culturally relevant touchpoints. You’re present where things are happening. You know what’s hot—and what’s not. 

You understand that strong concepts make the difference, and that god is in the details. You recognize that events aren’t only for the 100 influential guests who attend, but also for the 10,000 people who wish they could be there.

Your Responsibilities

• You turn ideas into action: You create roadmaps, manage deadlines, and ensure everything—literally everything—is perfect: from content to logistics, creativity to emotional resonance.

• You align operations and creativity: You bridge creative ambition with technical precision. From lighting plans to backstage flows, nothing escapes your attention.

• You manage budgets and resources with precision: You negotiate with vendors, track costs, and know where to invest to create maximum impact.

• You bring structure and clarity, even under pressure: Last-minute changes? Technical hiccups? Unexpected client requests? You stay cool, find solutions, and keep everyone aligned. 

• You evaluate and optimize: After every event, you compile insights into clear debriefs and recommendations. What worked? What didn’t? You challenge yourself to improve with each project. 

What You Bring

• Experience: You have 2-3 years in event production or brand experience on the agency side.

• Interpersonal & Communication Skills: You easily relate to all kinds of people and communicate confidently across creatives, operations, clients, and stakeholders.

• Hands-on & Execution: You’re precise, proactive, and excel at making things happen under pressure with strong planning and organizational skills.

• Adaptability: You thrive in fast-changing environments and stay flexible under pressure.

• Languages: You’re fluent in Dutch and English.

• Cultural Awareness & Networking: You are street-smart, deeply in tune with music, design, fashion, sports, and pop culture, and you easily build networks of producers, venues, and influencers across the Benelux.

• Organizational Talent: You bring structure, develop workflows, and keep teams focused and aligned.
