A digital marketing manager who knows how to engage communities from the real world.

Your Mission

As a digital marketer with a broad, hands-on skill set across SEA, paid social, SEO (including GEO strategies), email marketing, and programmatic you will connect brands with influential communities through sharp targeting, smart budgeting, AI and high-performing content. This role is equal parts technical, strategic and collaborative. If you can balance all three, you’ll thrive here.

Your Responsibilities

  • Community engagement: engage with online communities across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter, building lasting connections.

  • Campaign management: plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic, and email, with sharp targeting and smart budgeting.

  • Tracking & performance: set up manage campaign tracking (UTMs, pixels, and events), monitor results in real time, and run A/B tests to boost conversion and funnel efficiency.

  • Creative collaboration: brief creative teams with clear, data-backed insights and work closely with strategy, PR, and content to keep messaging aligned across owned, earned, and paid.

  • Data & AI insights: use AI tools and analytics to translate campaign performance into actionable strategies that improve CTR, CPL, ROAS, and other KPIs.

  • Trend awareness & ownership: stay ahead of platform updates, digital trends, and algorithm shifts, while taking full accountability for performance.

What You Bring

  • Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, ideally within social media or an agency environment.

  • Technical skills: strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, content marketing, email marketing, and paid media platforms.

  • Tools proficiency: skilled with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, WordPress, and reporting tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.

  • Paid social expertise: solid experience managing paid social ads across Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.

  • Data-driven adaptability: ability to analyze data and adjust campaigns in real time based on insights and client feedback.

  • Language: excellent written and verbal skills in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Collaboration: thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
