Your Mission - engage and delight our communities online

As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with online communities across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Your main duties will include posting and responding to comments, maintaining brand voice, and monitoring trends. You’ll be the one who ensures our influential communities stay engaged, super happy and well-informed.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage with Online Communities:
    You will manage brand pages on social media, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter. You’ll engage with users through witty responses, humorous comebacks, and polite replies to complaints and inquiries.

  • Content Creation & Trend Spotting:
    You’ll stay updated on the latest social media trends, ensuring our clients are always ahead of the curve. Your creativity will guide how we respond to the latest viral trends in a way that matches each client's tone and objectives.

  • Grammar & Spelling:
    You’ll have an eye for detail, ensuring all written communication is error-free. As a native Dutch speaker with strong fluency in English, you will ensure content is grammatically perfect and professionally written.

  • Crisis Management:
    You will be the first to spot potential issues or crises on social media and alert the team. You will work with the broader team to develop and implement the right responses.

  • Reporting & Insights:
    You will provide regular reports on community engagement, trends, and activities to the team and clients. This includes tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.

What You Bring

  • Community management: you have experience managing communities on social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.

  • Trend awareness: you stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and know how to leverage them to engage our communities.

  • Language skills: you have a strong command of Dutch and English, with a sharp eye for grammar and spelling.

  • Content creation: you’re comfortable crafting witty content that aligns with the brand’s voice—without crossing boundaries.

  • Crisis management: you can identify potential issues early and take proactive measures to prevent or handle them effectively.

  • Availability: you are available to work part-time every week.
